The plate bundle of Xinmao Reke brazed plate heat exchanger is made of stainless steel material pressed plates, using copper foil or nickel foil with a purity of over 99.9%, and placed in a vacuum furnace for heating and brazing to form a whole. Except for the plate bundle, the end plates at both ends of the plate bundle and the inlet and outlet connections of the medium are processed together with the plate bundle in a vacuum furnace.

The TPL model plate bundle consists of flat sliding plates and embedded turbulent flow plates. Xinmao arranges the installation position of the turbulent flow plates reasonably according to the requirements of the operating conditions to achieve efficient heat transfer. Specially suitable for cooling units in hydraulic stations, lubrication stations, and water stations.
