There are two reasons why the cooler cannot achieve the desired effect

1. Reasons for the configuration of the cooling system. The cooler only plays a role in converting thermal energy. According to the principle of energy conservation, the thermal energy released by the hot side is equal to the thermal energy attracted by the cold side. In many cases, the thermal energy from the heating system on the hot side is not carried away by the cooling water on the cold side. If the water volume is not enough or the water temperature is not enough, it will result in the failure of the hot side measurement. If this is the reason, even if the heat exchanger is large, it will be useless.

2. Reasons for the cooler itself. Many users only need the heat exchange area when purchasing a cooler, without detailed data such as heat exchange energy, medium flow rate, and inlet measurement. As a result, although the model area of the purchased cooler is correct, the assembly line combination is improper, and the plate cooler cannot achieve the expected effect. Even if the area is extended on this basis, it is useless.

From this, it can be seen that in order for the tubular cooler to perform well, reasonable configuration and selection are very important. In addition, it is necessary to create a good working environment for the cooler, so as to avoid damage caused by external factors as much as possible. Everyone should pay attention to the usage status and environment of the cooler during the application process.
